This morning, three brave men and women got up very early and went to the airport to pick up 13 other staff from Uganda. When they arrived, everybody was having their breakfast and suprised our friends from Uganda with a big, happy welcoming.
What a nice way to start the day!
During the day, a lot of new (foreign) people arrived here at the Flamboree site, so everybody started speaking english, french, spanish, german, …
Nice to see how Flamboree becomes more and more international, day by day!
Once again, the (international) staff did a lot of work today, like building some other pioniering constructions, making sure all the subcamps were provided with electricity,…
Tonight, our staff team will open the Dusty Star, our staff bar, for the first time.
Tomorrow, we’ll put up 25 tents, move a lot of stuff from the one room to another, finishing electricity, preparing the opening show, …
See you tomorrow!
P.S.: Pictures of today can be found here!
